Participants will be introduced to the core tools and techniques of project management: planning, initiating, executing, control and closing. By the end of this session you will gain a better understanding of how to plan and control a variety of projects in your organization.
GOAL: To provide an introduction and overview of project management. Offer the latest project management techniques and best practices, including terminology, examples, and practical exercises.
