If you are planning on submitting reimbursements using FY08 FDAC or Professional Development funds, please complete your reimbursement vouchers and send it to Karen Ein in the Library Business Office with receipts no later than Tuesday, July 8, 2008.
If you do not have time to work on the voucher when you return, please
schedule a 15-minute appointment with Karen (6-4241) and bring all your receipts. Karen will be happy to work on your reimbursement with you.
If you are not returning to UIC until after July 8, please contact Karen before you leave Chicago in order to make other arrangements.
